D-Marin’s Graduate Program je osamnaestomjesečni međunarodni program za razvoj karijere namijenjen ambicioznim diplomantima koji žele postati budući lideri u nautičkoj industriji. Pokrenuo ga je vodeći operater luksuznih marina D-Marin kako bi privukao i obučio mlade talente kroz praktičan rad u svojoj globalnoj mreži marina.

Na službenim internet stranicama Ekonomskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu objavljen je poziv za prijave za D-Marin’s Graduate Program.

Marin-Up is D-Marin’s Graduate Program, designed to give ambitious graduates the foundation, knowledge and hands-on experience to build a meaningful career in marina operations and management. 

Start your career with D-Marin
Marin-Up is an 18-month graduate journey combining structured marina placements, corporate project work and leadership development. Participants will gain practical experience across D-Marin’s 27 marinas in 9 regions, contribute to real business projects and develop the skills, confidence and understanding needed to grow into a managerial role within the Group.

3 ROTATIONS
Participants experience three key rotations across: 

• Customer Experience,
• Harbor Operations and an
• Enabling function aligned with your academic background and career potential.

Each rotation is designed to build practical knowledge, broaden business perspective and help graduates understand how different teams work together to deliver the D-Marin experience. 

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING
During the first 12 months, graduates build a strong foundation in marina operations by working closely with frontline teams. You will gain practical insight into customer experience, harbor operations, service delivery and cross-functional collaboration, while learning how D-Marin creates value for customers, boat owners and partners. 

CORPORATE UNDERSTANDING
During the final 6 months, graduates join a corporate project team and contribute to real business priorities. Working alongside senior leaders and project teams, they take part in planning, analysis and execution, while developing the ability to connect operational knowledge with broader corporate objectives. 

LEARNING ON THE GO
Learning continues throughout the entire program through onboarding, operational training, Health & Safety training, leadership development and practical on-the-job experience.
Participants will also benefit from D-Marin’s Marina Manager Academy, supporting both their professional growth and industry expertise. Successful graduates that complete the full program will participate in the official AMM Course that leads to a globally recognized certification.

Successful completion of Marin-Up opens the door to a permanent managerial role at D-Marin.
Graduates who demonstrate strong performance, adaptability and leadership potential will be prepared to take the next step in their career within one of the Mediterranean and Gulf region’s leading premium marina networks. 

Who we are looking for

We are looking for curious, proactive and motivated graduates who want to learn, contribute and grow in an international marina business.
The program is open to recent graduates and candidates with up to two years of professional experience. 

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Maritime Studies, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, Sustainability or a related field.

Fluent English is required. Additional languages, international exposure, internships, exchange programes or extracurricular leadership activities are considered an advantage.

Successful candidates should demonstrate strong learning agility, collaboration, clear communication, analytical thinking, initiative, adaptability, customer orientation and leadership potential.
